Blueprint for Baltimore Mayoral Forum: In October, November, and December, OSI-Baltimore and community partners CASA, Black Leaders Organizing for Change, Baltimore Votes, the No Boundaries Coalition, and Black Girls Vote surveyed thousands of Baltimore residents, focusing on some of the city’s most marginalized communities, as part of the Blueprint for Baltimore survey.
