Baltimore Beat invites neighbors to the table with new Dinner Club
Guests will sit at tables of six at a local Baltimore restaurant on Wednesday, Nov. 18
BALTIMORE, Nov. 5, 2026: Baltimore Beat is starting a Dinner Club for residents who want an evening with new people instead of a screen. The first dinner takes place Wednesday, Nov. 18 at 6:30 p.m.
How the dinner works
- Guests sign up online and take a short quiz.
- The platform seats each guest with 5 others who share their outlook.
- Baltimore Beat chooses the restaurant and manages the reservations.
- Guests arrive and enjoy the meal.
Every dinner takes place at a local Baltimore restaurant. A full table brings business to the cooks and servers who work there. Each ticket also supports Baltimore Beat and the reporting the newsroom does for this city.
“Baltimore knows how to gather and we love to eat. We built the Dinner Club to give neighbors a table and time to talk,” said Lisa Snowden, CEO of Baltimore Beat. “Every seat supports a local restaurant and the reporting we do for this city.”
